We are looking for several JavaScript/TypeScript developers with focus on React.js and Node.js. We are onboarding many new customers where we develop applications from scratch. You will build software with newest technologies and frameworks and be part of the Riwers team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You design the software architecture for new applications

  • You will be a key part of the team, working on a strategic environmental project which will be informing people of some potential natural disasters

  • You keep tackling the largest and complex challenges, through all project stages from technical design to launch

  • You fancy to work with the following technologies: TypeScript & JavaScript (ReactJS), NestJS, MaterialUI, Postgres/MongoDB

  • You do code reviews & documentation as well as take on complex bug fixes, especially on high-risk issues

  • You setup and enhance the standard for thorough, meaningful test automation.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT (FOR LABOR CONTRACT)

Personality requirements

Of course you are an amazing, honest and fun-to-work-with person. On-top of that you should bring those skills along:

  • You have several years of working experience as a Software Developer in JavaScript/TypeScript and with React.js or Vue.js

  • You have good experiences in GraphQL, Material-ui, Express.js, etc.

  • Ideally, you have a good understanding of the backend with Node.js

  • You like to work in agile environments and have also already experience with such setups

  • Your communication skills in English (written and spoken) are solid and good

  • You have the affinity to work in an environment with international customers and projects

  • You like to work with cool and competent team mates;)
